BOMBING IS NOT A SOLUTION - The NATO bombing of Yugoslavia tragically worsened the humanitarian disaster in the Balkans, provoked further atrocities and greatly increased regional instability., as predicted in our first alert of 25 March 1999.

WELLINGTON - WEEKLY PROTEST VIGILS - it was decided by those attending the 16 June NATO bombing protest vigil in Wellington that the weekly vigils will no longer be held. In the event that NATO resumes bombing Yugoslavia, we will gather at 5-30pm at the Cenotaph on the day it starts. We will then discuss the frequency of the vigils at that point. We sincerely hope there will be no need for them in the future.
