DEADLINE FOR PETITIONS : 9 JUNE 1999.
Please note - signatures for the petition to the NZ government and members of parliament calling for the following :
"We, the undersigned, request you to take urgent steps to seek an immediate United Nations intervention in the crisis in the Balkans in order to avert further bloodshed and loss of life and spreading of the war." etc
must be returned by 9 June 1999 at the very latest to : Nikola Ristic, 2/170 Coates Avenue, 1005 Orakei, Auckland.
The petitions will be presented to parliament on 10 June, details of presentation time / place will be sent to Wellington area list next week.
