1: "The modification shall upgrade the P3K Orion’s
navigation, radar, electro-optics, ESM [electronic support
measures], MAD [magnetic anomaly detector], acoustic
processing, communications, armament and ordnance [eg.
torpedoes], self protection, and data management systems
