Dear Listers from all over the world! The issue of genetically engineering our food supplies is a very serious one and all conscientious health care professionals and world citizens ought to at least look at it and decide where they stand on this issue. Here is something we can all do, and URGENTLY: The BBC is inviting internet users to comment on whether Genetic Engineering should be stopped using a special internet page. Send them your view by visiting the site at: http://news.bbc.co.uk/hi/english/talking_point/newsid_107000/107322.asp Please forward this message to as many people as you think will want to participate and not mind the email. This is an international poll so anyone can participate. At the time of this email 62% are saying "YES", GE should be stopped. Terry and all, I have tried to make a vote or write something on this to the BBC, but I can't find any way to get on the line. The pages do come up, with all kinds of replies from all over the world, but where it says "Your reaction in full", nothing happens. Is there a reply page, if yes, how does one find it? Cheers, Ed (Ed Deak, Big Lake, BC, Canada) Ed: That's the line that you *click on* in order to bring up the "reply" box - the line that says "your reaction in full", but which conceals exactly *how* to fully react! Best wishes,
John W.
