Australian trade unions stopping people from boarding Garuda flights

Australian unions are stopping people from boarding Garuda flights to Indonesia. Hundreds of construction union members, supported by check-in staff, say they'll stop daily flights to Indonesia until peacekeepers enter East Timor.

Meanwhile, the Maritime Union says it's received a lot of support for its boycott of Indonesian ships and cargoes. It says people are sympathetic to the need to protest the violence in East Timor.
