Protest! Indonesian military in Auckland

Urgent - Stop Press!

Demonstration - Witness against the participation of an Indonesian military(naval) delegation in the Western Naval Symposium being held in Auckland 8-10 November.

Time: 12 noon, Thursday 9 November.

Place: adjacent Stamford Plaza Hotel, Lower Albert St, Auckland.

We will deliver a letter to the delegation, protesting at military involvement in human rights abuses against the people of Indonesia/West Papua etc.

We will also have a strong message for our government - No military co-operation with Indonesia !

Time is short - can anyone help with the organisation - especially preparation of banners etc??
