| Farewell for Carmen Smith
10 June 2008 This message is to let you know that Carmen Smith passed away yesterday. Carmen was a dedicated worker for peace and nuclear disarmament, and a long standing member of Peace Movement Aotearoa, the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament (CND) and the Peace Council - her presence in our offices and elsewhere will be greatly missed.Our thoughts are with Carmen's family and friends at this time. Carmen's farewell will be held at The Pines, 50 The Esplanade, Houghton Bay, at 11am on Sunday, 15 June. If you would like to contact us about Carmen, please email.
