Background to Singapore trade agreement

A 21 page paper outlining the implications for foreign investment of the proposed Free Trade Agreement with Singapore, is now available on CAFCA's web pages

The paper lists Singaporean investments in Aotearoa/New Zealand since 1990 and analyses them to show their implications in the context of the proposed agreement.

Is it a "creeping MAI"? The possible effects of such clauses in the agreement are described.
