WEDS, 30 SEPT - 7-30pm at Otago Pioneer Women's hall, Moray Place, public meeting to bring together community people and trades unionists to discuss strategies to deal with workfare and to support community initiatives for a positive future where people can still control their own lives.

THURS, 1 OCT - 12 noon to 1pm at the Octagon, rally in solidarity with the Hikoi, focussing on the Workfare the Dole scam. There will be speakers including Sandra Lee, music, food and street theatre. We are hoping to raise the issues of the horrors of workfare with the Dunedin community.
