~ SAT, 13 Nov - Pax Christi Annual Assembly - keynote speaker will be Cyril Hally SSC, whose topic will be related to what he calls "the global counterforce", an indigenous and community-based counter to the dominance of the global market. He tracks ways of operating at community level through communication networks and information-sharing at the grassroots level to preserve traditional human values and develop peaceful, cooperative relationships.
